Schmoozy celebrates artists and the community that supports them. Running annually since 1998, Schmoozy has evolved from a silent art auction to an exhibition with works for sale by local artists. Works will be on sale both online and in-person throughout the four weeks, providing several Alberta artists, both emerging and established, with opportunities to grow their audience, get paid for their work, and connect with other artists and art lovers alike within the community.

As always, 50% of the proceeds of the works sold in the sale go back to the participating artists. Funds raised at Schmoozy always go back to our programming, allowing us to remain free to visit all year round! This year, we're also hoping to raise funds to replace our nearly 20 year-old beer fridge! Buy a drink a from the bar this Schmoozy so we can get a new cooler that's more energy efficient and doesn't freeze our drinks.
