Welcome to Alcove. Please see the following instructions for how to set up your account:
Click “create new account” in bottom left corner
3. Fill out email address, and click “send token”
4. Check email for 5 digit token, type into verification box, and click “validate token”
5. Type in first and last name, and click “Create Account”
6. This page will appear - use this information moving forward to log into your account at https://alcove.amsnetwork.ca
7. When you log in, you will see the main dashboard. From here, go to “Profile” to create/update your profile
8. From the profile page, press the pencil icon to update your profile information. Right now, your profile is private, and can only be seen by you
9. Fill out contact information as desired. *NOTE - the information you put in here will be seen by other users when your profile is shared. do NOT include any information that you don’t wish to share publicly on the database (ie. home address, phone number)
10. Click the upload icon to update your profile photo
11. To add your body of work, click “add new” in the right corner
12. Type in project title, and then fill out information as indicated
13. Upload images, fill out long & short attributes, and labels - labels are used for search functionality, and are pre-set. When uploading a project, choose the labels that best suit it
14. Once all the information is filled out, click “yes” to share the project and images
15. Once your project is shared, you can see it in the main project database, and also on your profile.

16. Projects can be searched by label in the search bar on the Project page, through keyword search
