Artwork Pick-Up

Pick up your new artworks at Latitude 53’s location in the MacLeod Block downtown before we wrap for the holidays, Wednesday-Saturday (December 6th-16th) from 12-5pm. Catch Kyla Pascal’s exhibition They Said So in the gallery and linger a little with others from Latitude 53’s membership and community.
If you won’t be able to pick your work up, let us know how to arrange delivery or pickup in the new year.

Métis Mitten Beadwork Workshop with Ella Thomson

Learn how to make warm winter mitts with Métis artist Ella Thomson. This workshop will consist of learning to make wool mitts with fur trim and hide accents.
This workshop will be approximately four hours long.

Métis Flat Stitch Beadwork Workshop with Ella Thomson

Learn how to do Métis floral flatstich beadwork with Métis artist Ella Thomson. For this workshop we will create a small floral patch inspired by Métis florals using a one needle beading technique. Examples of Métis florals will be shown and three pattern examples will be given as options for your patch.
This workshop will be approximately four hours long.

Schmoozy: 1-night exhibition

Join us at dc3 Art Projects for the opening of Schmoozy 2023! Come grab a drink, a bite, and be among the first to see and purchase the work of these amazing artists.
Schmoozy is Latitude 53’s signature annual fundraiser and proceeds raised go to supporting our year-round programs and activities, including our regular exhibition calendar. Admission to Schmoozy 2023 is by donation—an optional contribution of $20 at the door helps us cover the costs of this event so that money raised from the sales goes straight to our charitable activities.
